Refunds and Returns: Refund and return policies are subject to Aura Flora’ terms and conditions. In the event of a refund, the amount will be processed according to Aura Flora’ policies, and the EPG will be notified accordingly.

Payment Security: EPG employs industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. However, users are also advised to review Aura Flora’ security measures and privacy policy for additional information.

Transaction Processing Time: The processing time for EPG transactions may vary, and users are encouraged to review Etisalat’s processing timelines. Aura Flora is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors.

Minimum Purchase Amount: There is no specific minimum purchase amount for using EPG on the Aura Flora website. However, the total amount must be sufficient to cover the cost of the selected products or services.

Payment Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the EPG transaction, Aura Flora will receive confirmation from Etisalat. In case of any discrepancies or issues, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Governing Law: These Terms and the use of EPG are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.

By using EPG on the Aura Flora website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using EPG as a payment method on our website. Redemption
At Aura Flora, we promote beauty services and products on our website. This means we collect money from customers for products and services provided by our business. Once redeemed, Aura Flora voucher cannot be used again.

Promotions / Offers
At Aura Flora we provide various discounts, promotions & offers during the year. No corporate discount, offer or promotion will be valid during Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Christmas or New Years seasons.

Refund/Return Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Tamara Payments Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Tamara Payments (“Tamara”) as a payment method on the website. By using Tamara Payments, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.



Minimum Purchase Amount: The minimum amount required to make a purchase using Tamara Payments on the website is AED 500. Any transaction below this specified amount will not be eligible for payment through Tamara.
